We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role is vital to our restaurant operations, ensuring precision in inventory and food costing.

Position	Inventory Controller (Executive Level) - 1pax

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and register all store inventory transfers, purchases, and stock-outs.
• Control warehouse (WH) transfers and report for all locations.
• Perform weekly spot checks on inventory usage and generate variance reports.
• Track gross profit by item weekly and update price lists for cost comparison.
• Manage inventory master list, food recipes, Bill of Materials (BOM), and costing.
• Manage monthly closing reports for the warehouse, COGS, and item cost transfers.
• Control and categorize sales data by item groups.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Prior experience in inventory control is highly preferred (F&B industry is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Strong control and time management skills; accurate under pressure.
